Badge pricing for Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and 3-Day will be $5 higher at the door.

Additional Badge Info

All attendees must be registered and have a current badge visible. The GrandCon Games Library is included for all badged attendees.

Badges are non-refundable after July 31st.

How to Get a Badge:

When you register to purchase your badge you must create a TTE account or login to your old TTE account. Our registration site give you the ability to buy badges, merchandise, and charity, seminar, and tournament event tickets. All of these items will be available for pick up at the registration desk when you arrive for checkin. We highly encourage to check back often on the GrandCon registration site for newly uploaded events and merchandise.

VIG Badge Information

The VIG Member is a special weekend badge. You get early line access for badge pickup, and treated to a meet and greet with our guests Saturday afternoon. This badge also comes with the current GrandCon tee shirt and dice, plus more. An experience we think you don’t want to miss.

The VIG Party is a special weekend badge. You will be treated to a wonderful Friday evening dinner with an industry designer guest. This badge also comes with a copy of featured game, a the current years GrandCon tee shirt and dice. Oh. And. We always will find several other gaming goodies to toss your way too. Friendly Badge Service:

We understand that there are a select few that may not be able to pick up there badges prior to the close of registration. When this should arise, you may make arrangements to have your items picked up by a family member or friend with approved authorization.  Send us a request, and type “Friendly Badge Service Request" in the subject line. Game Masters Submit Your Events

GMs must submit a minimum of twelve (12) hours and at least three (3) different approved gaming events to be eligible for a GM badge (prototypes do not qualify for a GM badge). Other considerations for approval are based upon availability of space, game relevancy, duration and/or time of event(s), and ultimately whether the event is show-friendly.

GMs must first purchase a 3-DAY badge (VIG badges do not qualify). After you’ve purchased your badge, submit events to us for approval. Once your events have been approved, you will be notified about the status of your GM badge. GrandCon refunds the 3-Day badge purchase 1 to 2 weeks from the show dates.

As a GM you do agree to collect your event tickets from the attendees.  We ask that you submit these collected event tickets along with your GM sheet to registration after your event concludes.

Tournaments must be approved by GrandCon’s event team. You would want to contact us and get your tournament up as early as possible. Any tournament submitted 1 month out from the show dates will not be approved.

Beyond standard and tournament game events; if you would like to run a specialized event at GrandCon, you must  submit your request to the Events Team. Please click this link Events Team. Select “Other” in the dropdown menu, and type “Special Event Request” in the subject line.
